Full description

Department of Environment, 1984, Brixton, 5 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV340489.

Spriddlestone House. Detached house. Early C19 stuccoed. Slate hipped roof with oversailing eaves. Square on plan. Two storeys. South-west entrance front, three bays, right hand blind. Sash windows with glazing bars. Central porch with two pairs of columns, outer columns are square, supporting heavy entablature. C20 panelled door. South-east garden front, three bays, centre blind. Rendered chimney stacks with moulded cornices.
