Pillbox located by roadside. Visible as a structure on aerial photographs taken between 1946 and 1976. It is now obscured by scrub and tree growth but is likely to survive relatively extant. Part of the Second World War Taunton Stop Line constructed in 1940.

Site visit on 16th March 1994. Pillbox of brick and concrete construction visible in hedgerow. Appears to be polygonal type FW3/24.

A small six sided flat roofed building is visible as a structure on aerial photographs taken between 1946 and 1976. It is circa 5 by 5 metres in dimensions and is likely to be a Second World War pillbox forming part of the Taunton Stop Line. It appears to survive although it was heavily obscured by scrub in 2012. It is depicted on modern mapping so has not been transcribed.
