A low square structure visible on aerial photographs between 1951 and 1959 is likely to be the pillbox recorded by the Defence of Britain project in 1996. A pale area is visible in this location on the 1940s aerial photographic coverage, and the pillbox may have been camouflaged. A small possible slit trench is visible immediately to the east (MDV104287) and is likely to be associated. Structural remains are very likely to survive.
