Ash house approximately 3 metres north of Poltimore Farmhouse. Late 18th, early 19th century. Local stone and flint rubble with tile roof. Small gable-ended building with a window in the north west side and raking out hole in the south west end. This ash house with other farm buildings from a group of good and attractive traditional farmbuildings in the vicinity of Poltimore Farmhouse, one of the oldest and best preserved farmhouses in the area.
