Walls to mill leat running parallel to the pavement of Crossley Moor Road. Probably 19th century although the leat, known as the 'Fairwater' is of ancient origin. Stone rubble walls to leat which supplies both the Higher and Lower Mills. In 1879 the annual ceremony of the Whitsuntide Ram Roast in Kingsteignton was still being held and was thought to trace back to the annual cleaning out of the Fairwater. The leat is a picturesque feature of Kingsteignton. Dated listed: 28th April 1987.
