Summary

A small ring ditch of possible Bronze Age to Iron Age date is visible on aerial photographs of the 1970s and 1980s as a cropmark circa 10 metres in diameter on the south-east facing slopes to the north of Park Farm, Bradninch.

Annular dark mark, diam 10m. Recorded from the air in 1985 by f. Griffith.(aph). Vis=5/3/1991 (robinson). Site lies on gentle e slope, nothing visible (dprfp).

A small ring ditch circa 10 metres in diameter is visible on aerial photographs of the 1970s and 1980s as a cropmark on south-east facing slopes to the north of Park Farm, Bradninch. Cropmark ring ditches can be evidence of barrows of Bronze Age date or hut circles of Iron Age or Roman date. Further investigation is needed to clarify its interpretation.
