Full description

Shown on map of 1889. (Annotated as ‘cart house’). Other details: In parish file - annotations thought to be by DMG.
Thorp, J. + Cox, J., 1994, Bullaton Farm, Bovey Tracey, 38 (Report - Assessment). SDV347253.
Small building in a ruinous condition to the south of Bullaton farm. It is described as ‘Trap house or root shed’ in the 1919 sale particulars and is open-fronted with rubble walls surviving to the rear (west) and southern end. The building appears to have had a monopitch roof.
