Full description
South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments (Cartographic). SDV359954.
The circa 1840s tithe map show a rectangular building, The tithe apportionment names the field parcel Waste adjoining the Marsh.

Called The Watch Tower in the later 19th century when it served as a refreshment point for holiday-makers. Pulled down in the first decade of the 20th century to make way for houses in Trevelyan Road.
