Full description
Pye, A. R. + Simpson, S. J. + Pearson, T., 1989, Archaeological Recording on the Fishacre to Ashcombe Gas Pipeline, South Devon, 6-7 (Report - non-specific). SDV336545.
Excavation in 1989 in advance of gas pipeline revealed a cremation at approximately the above National Grid Reference. No related features were found. Possibly associated with Prehistoric activity on top of the hill. Other details: Figs 5 & 6, Plates 1 & 3.
