Full description
HERALD EXPRESS, 1986, Boundary Stones to be Restored (Article in Serial). SDV325925.
Historic boundary stones round Totnes are to be restored by Devon County Council.
Totnes town councillor heard that the recent beating of the bounds was supported by 200 people but some problems were encountered finding some of the boundary stones. Some protection to be put around the stones on the highways.

Boundary stone in the wall of Little Cottage Farm marking the pre 1832 borough. Portion of an octagonal-section granite shaft on the outer surface of which letters B B are incised vertically.
