Full description
Department of Environment, 1972, Honiton, 15 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV337401.
Dated 21/03/1972. Numbers 105 and 105a, High Street, Honiton. Probably 18th century altered, 3 storey, brick, 2 sash windows with glazing bars, segmental bows to 1st floor. Shop front with wood case, slender clustered columns, and central entrance. Extra 6-panel door, left, with fanlight.

The west end of High Street is the commercial heart of the town with some residential accommodation over shops and behind the main frontage. The statutory list regards Numbers 103 to 107 (odd), New Dolphin Hotel, Numbers 111 to 115 (odd), and Numbers 119 to 125 (odd) as a cohesive group.
