Department of Environment, 1972, Honiton, 32 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV337401.

Dated 21/03/1972. Premises occupied by "Hoskins". Adjoining Number 80, High Street- part of same premises, early 19th century, 3 storey, 3 window brick front painted, sash windows, some with glazing bars remaining. Further wing with slightly lower eaves line, 3 storey, 4 windows, mainly sash with glazing bars remaining. Ground floor, modern tiled cases to entrance and 2 windows. Vehicle way through under right. Stippled rendering above painted brick ground floor.
