Full description
Department of Environment, 1972, Honiton, 33 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV337401.
Dated 21/03/1972. 18th century or early 19th century, 2 storey house with front garden. Two 2-storey splay bays with enriched cornices, 1st floor centre sash windows. Stippled rendering, slate roof, moulded eaves cornice. Centre arched wood doric porch. Glazing bars removed.

There are some good small groups of listed buildings in New Street including Numbers 44 and 46, which are good examples of modest early 19th century town houses with attractive doorcases. Maps.
