Ventnor House, Exeter Road. Early 19th century, 2 storey, square stucco house. Road front 3 storey, 3 windows with cast iron balcony at 1st floor. French windows with acroteria. 2 storey entrance front has square porch.

The western end of the conservation area is characterised by groups of mainly early and mid 19th century villas in landscaped gardens, with some chert stone boundary walls. The houses range from expressive Gothic cottage to fomal two-bay classical types. Maps.
