Dated 21/03/1972. Toll house Cottage, Exeter Road. Probably early 19th century, 2 storey roughcast front with splayed end to road, sash windows with glazing bars, wood casements in wing. Slate roof, hipped.

On the A30 one mile west of Honiton town centre, just east of the junction with the bypass. This is a two-storey angle fronted tollhouse of unusual design, situated on the north side of the road.
