Full description
Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.
Tiverton District Council, 1978, Cullompton Conservation Area, 7 (Report - non-specific). SDV41951.
Plastered walls with slate roofs and plastered stacks. L-shaped plan. Front recessed in centre. Two storeys and attic. Sashes. Five-window front. Wood Doric porch in end wall. Wrought iron balcony in centre front. Probably early 19th century. Listed Grade III. Submitted for consideration to the Secretary of State for the Environment in December 1977.
