Full description
Tiverton District Council, 1978, Cullompton Conservation Area, 8 (Report - non-specific). SDV41951.
Plastered walls, slate roof and brick stacks. Deep eaves. Three storeys. Sashes. Three window front. Two storey bay on right. Pedimented doorway with Doric columns and panelled reveals. Probably early 19th century. Listed Grade III. Submitted for consideration to the Secretary of State for the Environment in December 1977.
