Visited on 11th March 1993. Hut circle forming part of a small cluster of huts. Terraced into the hillslope and of the simple plan and double orthostat walling type. Interior measures 5.5 metres in diameter and is defined by a 2 metres wide wall standing up to 0.7 metres high. Doorway survives as a gap in the surrounding wall and faces south-south-west.

Hut Circle '13' the western of a group of five hut circles of between 5.7 and 8.0 metres dimeter to the north of the enclosures at 'Ranny Brook'. There is an internal division on the west side and entrance to the south.

This monument includes a cluster of five stone hut circles situated on the northern edge of a large stone hut circle settlement, lying on a south-facing slope overlooking the valley of the River Yealm. The stone hut circles survive as banks of stone and earth each surrounding a circular internal area. The internal diameters of these huts varies between 5.5 metres and 7.4 metres. The height of the surrounding wall varies between 0.7 metres and 1 metres. All five huts have visible doorways.
