Harepath farm. Circa c18. Small square stone rubble building with timber-frame front clad in weatherboarding. Pyramidal slate roof with ball finial. External stone stairs to loft door at side (doe).

In a precarious condition, after years of neglect. New owners seeking to repair and convert.

Pearce, M., 1997, Barns at Harepath Farm - Seaton (Correspondence). SDV347027.

Visited 13th March 1997 by Maureen Pearce. Small square stone rubble granary with a timber framed clad front and a slate roof and ball finial of circa 18th century. The roof structure is slipping and in a serious condition. On the first floor the ends of the joists have rotted out to an extent that it was unsafe to enter. The building is suffering from dry rot with fruiting bodies.
