Lauriston, church st. House with shop premises. Circa 1830 house. Stuccoed with slate hipped roof with oversailing fretted eaves. Plain corner pilasters. Two storeys, four bays. Sashes with vertical glazing bars only and panelled door to left of centre with rectangular fanlight. Small modern shop window and glazed door at end to road. Rendered brick chimney stacks. Situated at right angles to road (doe).
