Premises of h. Rendell & son, church st colyton. Cottage with shop premises. C18. Rendered cob and stone rubble with half hipped thatched roof. Two storeys. Three bays. Left hand projecting wing with hipped roof and sash windows complete with glazing bars. Remainder small casements. Right hand two bays modern outbuilt ground floor with shop front and plank door. Modern brick chimney stack off centre (doe).
