Full description

Department of Environment, 1983, Okehampton, 8 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV342832.

Circa 1840-50 stuccoed semi-detached pairs of houses, No.38 is detached, Nos.30 to 36 roughcast. Hipped slate roofs with wide eaves. No.38 concrete tiles. Wide bands at first floor levels. Each house in two storeys and basement, three bays. Sash windows with margin panes. Large central tripartite stair window with pilasters and entablatures with pediments. Entrances at sides with arched glazed doors, some altered.
