The dwelling site bearing the name Huxditch lay on the Petrockstow side of the parish boundary, and buildings were present on the site at the time of the 1888 OS survey. These had disappeared by the time of the 1950s maps. The antiquity of the name 'Huxditch' is uncertain, but it occurs on both sides of the medieval parish boundary.
