Full description

Department of Environment, 1978, Totnes, 96 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV342722.

Haytor. Earlier-mid 19th century (after 1834) villa. Classical detailing. 2 storeys. Welsh slate roof with pedimented gable to road. Stucco with rusticated ground floor. First floor with paired pilasters on quoins. Recessed sash windows with side lights and glazing bars; ground floor with console bracketed lintol and segmental head. Entrance on return.
