Watcombe hill house. Circa 1840-50 villa.2 storeys stucco faced. Rusticated quoins, band between storeys. Low hipped slate roof with flat eaves. End entrance front: 3 windows symmetrical, recessed glazing bar sashes, architrave surrounds ground floor. Panelled and glazed door in architrave case. Slated tent roof verandah with trellis supports returned to south terrace front. This is of 4 windows, 2 blind, recessed glazing bar sashes 1st floor, full length glazing bar sashes and one later french window, in architrave surrounds on ground floor. Prominent position on hillside (doe).
