Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV317931.
No 125 babbacombe road. Situated in babbacombe itself. Circa 1840 2 storey square stucco villa low pitch hipped slate roof with flat eaves. Road front symmetrical with 2 windows, one blind flanking central round headed niche, glazing bar recessed sashes, that on 1st floor right with antheminion and vitruvian scroll pattern cast iron balconette. Central door of 4 moulded panels with rectangular fanlight. South front similar with central niche on both floors.1st floor windows with same pattern of balconette. French windows ground floor. Lower 2 window wing with doorway to west.
