Fleet auxiliary tanker. Blown ashore half a mile S of Longpeak. Other details: Photograph.

"Green Ranger". Admiralty tanker. Built 1942, 340ft long, 48ft beam, 3,313 tons.
Under tow from Plymouth to Cardiff when caught in a gale on 17/11/1962 and blown ashore at Longpeak, where she broke her back. Other details: Photograph.
