A series of strip-shaped fields to the north west of the village which are all called 'Mill Hill'. The total area covered by the six fields is seven acres and until recently the boundaries between the individual fields could be clearly seen on the ground. These small fields are probably the remains of medieval strip farming. Information from Tithe Award
