Full description
Langham, A. F., 1963 - 1964, Lundy Quarry Railways, 26 (Article in Serial). SDV342265.
The terrace is a large, carefully built earthwork that supports two quarry buildings and now also has the Lundy Field Society bird trap. The ruined buildings may be stables. There was also the tramway marshalling area of four parallel tracks.

Below the platform and the timekeepers' hut on another terrace, are the remains of two stone-built sheds, presumably used for storage and sorting of granite before it was lowered to the beach on the incline.
