Vis=26/08/1992 (simpson and noble).493 and 494 are now natural woodland and 495 rough grazing on the steep w facing slope of the hill. No sign of buildings or possible site of buildings. There is a trackway running across 494 from the bend in the main road on st. Cyres hill to the end of the track, this is not marked on the tm or the modern (1988) map but does not look modern, a field boundary is marked on in this position on os map of 1891.
