Vis=27/08/1992 (simpson and noble). Orientated ne-sw, date stone of 1869 in sw elevation. Main entrance via porch at sw end, name stone on porch: 'awliscombe baptist chapel'. Simple hall with a reading desk at the nw end. Two small lean-to rooms at nw end one a vestry with a fireplace on the ne wall. Replacement pvc windows on s. Side. Only inspected from the outside. To be sold for conversion.
