Exeter Museums Archaeological Field Unit, 1992 - 1993, Blackdown Hills Survey Archive (Archive - Survey). SDV324187.
Vis=02/09/1992 (simpson and noble). The field is on a sw facing hillslope with a fairly fast flowing tributary to the river otter at the sw end of the field. There are no obvious signs of a site for a building or leats etc. There are some linear depressions in the fields to the nw of combe mills and the line of a possible former track in the field to the se.
