Milestone (M.S) marked, 7 miles to Plymouth, 15 miles to Totnes.

Jenkinson, T., 2018, Totnes to Plymouth (B3210/A3121/A379) (Report - Survey). SDV324109.
Site visit 30th June 2004. Granite milestone on the south side of the road at the east end of Yealmpton village dated circa 1759. The stone is inscribed '7/To/Plym/10/To/Totnes'. The stone is dirty and the legend had been incorrectly repainted; the mileage to Totnes should read 15 miles. The stone also has a dent in the bottom right hand face.
