Summary

Wortha mill; a former corn mill of the river burn, a tributary of the tavy, has not operated for many years. The leat and wheelpit are unaltered, but the wheel and bearings have long since vanished. The mill building, fitted with new floors in altered positions is being used to house poultry (harris).

Vis=est 1973 (anon). Mill building restored and used for storage. Has no machinery. Hopes to restore cottage (dcc mills survey).
