No building is shown on the enclosure award map but the fields are recorded as mill meadow (no 1004) and old mill plot.(no 1005).

Dro=yarcombe enclosure award/(1817).
Exeter Museums Archaeological Field Unit, 1992 - 1993, Blackdown Hills Survey Archive (Archive - Survey). SDV324187.
Vis=22/09/1992 (simpson and noble). A very stoney area just n of the footbridge could be building debris possibly derived from dredging. The former field boundary between 1004 and 1005 is just visible as a scar. North of this there are many earthworks of possible leats and building platform (in field 1004). See sketch in archive.
