Summary
Feature originally identified as a possible cairn/barrow from a 1970s aerial photograph. Update in 2021 corrected identification to air shaft relating to Kitt Mine (concreted over many years ago). Mound is visible on the lidar data and feature measures around 18 metres in diameter.

Full description
Unknown, 1978, Unknown aerial photograph (Aerial Photograph). SDV262695.
Possible barrow shown as a circular mound in a field to the east of the railway line. Shown on aerial photograph in the possession of W R Bridgewater in February 1978.
