Nower farm is shown on the tm (1841) to the nw of its present location.(dro). Vis=1/10/1992 (pearce and stead). A mortared wall running e-w is now a hedge and revettment wall the site of the former farm probably lies just to the n of this. Terraces are visible se of the farm. Mounds are also visible and may be the result of quarrying.(emafu).
