Full description
Ordnance Survey, 6" Sheet 60 SW (Report - Survey). SDV114676.
'Old Brick Kiln' shown on OS 6" (1st ed) map.
Exeter Museums Archaeological Field Unit, 1993, Blackdown Hills Survey (Report - Survey). SDV97763.
Site is a flattened area within field. Length of wall visible beneath turf, possibly associated with later army camp. Site used as rifle range during WWII. To west of site are several circular (?clay quarry) pits. Other details: Archive - Visited 21/9/1992.
