Visited on 1st December 1987. Hut circle 'P' at SX53527642 of 4.5 metres internal diameter with walling of medium and large size rubble 2-3 metres wide and 0.35 metres high, partly turf-covered. The interior, not terraced into the slope, contains a small amount of scattered stone. No entrance can be seen.

This monument includes a stone hut circle situated on a gentle north-east facing slope overlooking the valley of the Colly Brook and forming part of an unenclosed stone hut circle settlement on the north-east slope of Cox Tor. The building is composed of rubble bank walling with three orthostats, or upright stones, built into the southern side. The interior of the structure measures 4.5 metres in diameter and is defined by a 3 metres wide wall standing up to 0.35 metres high. This structure is situated on the periphery of the settlement.
