Full description

Royal Commission for the Historical Monuments of England, 1987-1993, Duchy Farms Project Survey Visit (Report - Survey). SDV350839.
Visited on 20th November 1987. Hut circle 'E' at SX53537679. Well defined hut circle 5-6 metres internal diameter with turf-covered rubble walling 2-3 metres wide and up to 0.6 metres high. A group of large boulders lies on the southern wall. The level interior appears slightly sunken and is formed by cutting into the hillslope to 0.4 metres and downhill embankment to 0.6 metres in height. There is no entrance visible.
