Summary
Hut recorded in 1988 survey measures 3.1 metres by 2.3 metres with walls up to 2.2 metres wide by 0.45 metres high. There is an entrance gap (possible) in the southern arc, 0.4 metres wide. A large boulder is incorporated into the north-west arc. Lies close to another hut (MDV48244) to the north of the main area of the settlement.

Full description
Pattison, P., 1988, Duchy Farms Survey (includes Cuddliptown Down) (Report - Survey). SDV226221.
Visited on 24th April 1988. SX 5403 7859 Hut circle 'K' of 3.1 metres north to south by 2.3 metres east to west internally with walling 1.7 metres to 2.2 metres wide and 0.45 metres high. There is an entrance gap (possible) in the southern arc, 0.4 metres wide. A large boulder is incorporated into the north-west arc.

Visited in 1992. Oval.3.1 metres by 2.3 metres internally. Rubble bank wall 2.2 metres wide, 0.45 metres high. A large earthfast boulder is incorporated into the north-west arc. Doorway to south.
