Hut circle at SX59127921. Internal diameter 4.0 metres. Coursed wall 1.2 metres wide, 0.4 metres high.

(19/09/1994) SX 59137916. A stony outcrop, on the steep east-facing slope above the right bank of the Cowsic River, 250 metres east-north-east of Conies Down Tor, has erroneously been interpreted as a hut circle (HER record SX57NE/122/7: MPP data from 1992).
Several hut circles (SX 57 NE 103, 104, 105, 108, 109, 110) and a cairn (SX 57 NE 106) lie within 300 metres of this feature on the same slope.

(02/03/1993) SX59117919 A stone hut circle is recorded here south west of Beardown Man on an east facing slope overlooking the River Cowsic. The hut circle is probably Bronze Age in date (English Heritage Record Form).
