Great orcheton(flete estate). The farm was restored in 1897 and some of the worked granite was taken to flete. The kitchen still has a granite fire- place of 3.35m span, and some old staircase windows remain in the nw wall of the house. It was a three storeyed building before the building in 1897. The date 1822 is incised on a stone trough in the small yard in the rear of the house. This stone is the inverted base of a cross. A chapel once stood in the larger yard, licenced in 1370. There are mounting steps in the north corner of the front yard, unusual to find such steps inside the garden (beckerlegge).
Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV242.
