Conjoined curvilinear pale cropmarks, circa 2 metres wide, are visible across three fields on aerial photographs taken from 1947 onwards. They broadly correspond to a record of a cultivation terrace identified during the Blackdown Hills AONB aerial photographic assessment, but are more extensive and are interpreted as the remains of boundary banks of a medieval or post-medieval field system. Not all the historic mapping was available at the time of the survey but no boundaries were depicted in this location on the early-20th century OS maps, indicating that they had gone out of use by this date.
