Waterhouse, R. E., Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV139351.

Combe barton has a service range to the s and is parallel to the house. A high stone wall divided the rear courtyard with the kitchen and other services to the w + a stable to the e. The farmhouse was altered in the c19 but preserves remains of a c14 or c15 rear doorway (waterhouse).

Vis=estimated 1958 (doe) the present farmhouse is 17th century. Much altered in 19th century. Grade iii. An outbuilding to the se is probably 16th century. It has 3 stone windows with shouldered arches, and a pointed doorway. Grade ii.
