Full description
Horner, W., 18/06/1993, Pot Sherds (Worksheet). SDV310727.
11 sherds of pottery retrieved from an engineers' test pit on the course of the A380 Kingskerswell bypass on 11th June 1993. They were identified as late Roman, 3rd - 4th century AD, fabric 5 and black-burnished wares. They were sizeable fragments suggesting that a feature has been disturbed.
