'Sawmill' indicated on the early 20th century historic map but not on 1950s version. Site also marked as 'Old Factory'.

The site of the former woollen mill situated on the Sampford Spiney road below Foxhams was demolished some years ago, and the premises was subsequently used as a sawmill.
