It is probable that the above authority meant to reference DAP/KG 11, not DAP/UG 11.

The earthworks, probably natural in origin, were clearly visible.

Hegarty, C. + Knight, S. + Sims, R., 2016-2018, The Blackdown Hills AONB and East Devon River Catchments National Mapping Programme Project (Interpretation). SDV359463.

A curvilinear earthwork channel or gulley circa 60 metres long and up to 10 metres wide was visible on the gentle north-east facing slopes west of Aller Farm, on DAP aerial photographs of March 1988. The earthwork abuts a watercourse to the north-east, which may have led to its interpretation as a possible moat ditch enclosure. It seems more probable that the earthwork is evidence of a former spring and that it is natural rather than archaeological in origin. As such it has not been transcribed by the NMP survey.
