A road is shown running from st23201068 to st22341070 on the enclosure award map (1817). It runs between tippenhayes and crinhayes or curnishayes farmsteads.

Vis=23/9/1992 (simpson and noble) this road is now a public footpath for most of its length with a slight deviation at the east end of the road. The road can be seen as a holloway cutting through the medieval lynchet field system.(st21sw/004) (emafu).
