Site of a small square building shown on 19th century map to the east of Langaton Lane.

St Elmore's Well. Spring in southern corner of Field 510 on the 19th century Tithe Map. Once held watercress beds. Used as water supply after the 1942 Exeter blitz. Now belongs to Pinhoe Rifle Club.
